The data controller is UAB Solotransa with its registered office in KAUNAS, ATEITIES PL. 32 B (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”). You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process. Providing data as required by the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code, is mandatory. In other respects, providing data is voluntary. Refusal to provide mandatory data may result in the inability to conduct the recruitment process. The controller processes mandatory data on the basis of a legal obligation, and in the case of additional data, the basis for processing is consent. Personal data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed and for the period during which claims may be pursued, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment processes - until such consent is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
