Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating international road freight transport across the European Union.
- Active freight sourcing and matching loads with carriers using transport exchanges (Trans.eu, TIMOCOM).
- Negotiating rates and freight conditions with clients and transport companies.
- Monitoring shipments from loading to delivery, resolving transit issues, and ensuring timely service.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing carriers and clients.
- Checking and managing transport documentation (CMR, orders, invoices, POD).
- Ensuring high service quality, operational cost efficiency, and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an International Freight Forwarder / Dispatcher (minimum 1–2 years).
- Practical knowledge of transport exchanges (Trans.eu, TIMOCOM).
- Established portfolio/contact base of European carriers and transport partners is a strong advantage.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Polish, German, French, or another European language is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under time pressure.
- Good understanding of road transport regulations and documentation (CMR, Cabotage, Driver Hours).
