Responsibilities
An international transport company is looking to hire a Fleet & Telematics Manager, responsible for equipping, managing, and technically monitoring the truck fleet.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supplying the fleet with:
GPS / telematics systems
road toll payment boxes (OBU)
tablets and auxiliary equipment - Coordinating cooperation with service providers for:
GPS and telematics services
road toll systems
fleet IT equipment - Ongoing communication with drivers regarding:
proper use of equipment
reporting and resolving technical issues - Maintenance and ensuring correct operation of:
GPS systems
telematics platforms
road toll payment boxes - Technical monitoring of the fleet
- Receiving invoices from suppliers and forwarding them to the accounting department
- Maintaining records of documents and costs related to fleet equipment
Requirements
🎯 Requirements:
- Experience in transport or fleet management – an advantage
- Basic knowledge of GPS, telematics, and OBU systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Languages: English – an advantage Polish – communicative level Russian – an advantage
- Driving license category B – an advantage
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, online platforms)
- Responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
