Full-Stack / Lead Developer (Django + Angular)

Responsibilities
- Development of the backend in Django / Django REST Framework
- Implementation of real-time features (Django Channels, WebSockets, MQTT)
- Creation and development of the frontend application in Angular + NgRx
- Design and maintenance of system architecture and API
- Processing asynchronous data (Celery, Redis)
- Optimization of backend performance and PostgreSQL database
- End-to-end work: feature → tests → deployment → monitoring
- Code review and mentoring less experienced developers
- Collaboration in maintaining the production environment
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Very good knowledge of Python + Django / DRF
- Experience with Django Channels / WebSockets
- Knowledge of Angular (13+)
- Practical experience with NgRx (Store, Effects, Selectors)
- Very good knowledge of RxJS
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Docker / Docker Compose
- Experience working with production systems
Preferred:
- IoT / telemetry / fleet management systems
- MQTT, Celery, Redis
- CI/CD, Nginx, monitoring (Sentry, APM)
- Senior / Tech Lead role
