Responsibilities
Euro-Pegaz Transport belongs to the Euro-Pegaz Group, which has been operating in the Transport, Forwarding, Logistics industry for over 30 years. We are one of the leaders in the TSL sector in Poland. We provide global brands with comprehensive logistics services based on a modern own fleet and warehouse facilities.
The selected person will be responsible for planning the own fleet of vehicles, taking into account maximizing its productivity and profitability. They will ensure full service of customer orders at the highest quality standards. The selected person will also be responsible for building partnership relationships and developing cooperation with drivers and stakeholders of the Company.
Requirements
IF:
- you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in international transport
- you know the regulations on driver working hours and the CMR Convention
- you freely use transport exchanges
- you have the ability to set goals and hold drivers accountable
- you proactively identify customer needs
- you are characterized by independence in organizing your own work
- you are responsible for achieving assigned tasks and goals
- you communicate fluently in English and/or Russian (knowledge of Russian is welcome)
AND ADDITIONALLY:
- you show initiative in seeking ways to increase revenue and reduce costs
- you generate and implement new and innovative ideas
- you systematically conduct settlements with clients and carriers
- your additional asset will be knowledge of the Marcos/Transics operating system
- you have a database of domestic and international carriers
- you provide information quickly, factually, and understandably.
