Responsibilities
- Implementation and coordination of freight orders in international road transport;
- Correct and timely settlement of orders;
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with clients and service providers;
- Care for the appropriate selection of subcontractors, negotiating rates and terms of cooperation with service providers;
- Care for maintaining an appropriate level of profitability of services provided;
- Focus on business development;
- Implementation of set KPIs;
- Ensuring a high level of service quality and the company's image;
- Reporting to the Road Freight Team Leader;
Requirements
- Knowledge of the German language at a level enabling business conversations;
- Willingness to work and achieve new goals;
- Openness to new challenges;
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Very good organization of work;
- Ability to plan, set priorities, and respond quickly to changing conditions;
- Proactivity, independence, and energy in action, conscientiousness;
- Positive disposition and focus on finding solutions;
- Ability to travel for business within Europe several times a year;
- Driving license;
