Responsibilities
- Transport of goods within Europe and/or England
- Driving heavy vehicles – driving on tarpaulins or refrigerated trucks
- Maintaining transport documentation
- Driving in accordance with regulations and working hours
Requirements
- Driving license category C+E, qualification, digital driver card,
- Basic ADR qualifications and passport (necessary for routes to GB),
- Willingness to cooperate and good communication,
- Knowledge of tachograph rules and regulations governing driver working hours (possibility to supplement knowledge in this area),
- Care and cleanliness of the entrusted set.
We offer
- Employment based on an employment contract,
- Salary – always on time, settled in full to the account, according to the mobility package,
- Salary at the level of approx. 500 PLN / daily rate (average monthly salary
- 10,000-11,000 PLN net *dependent on the number of days worked),
- Salary supplements and a bonus system settled on clear and defined principles,
- Paid leave to be used in the amount of 20 or 26 days according to the labor code (including a guarantee of a two-week vacation in the summer season),
- System: 11-12 working days / 3 days off (return to Poland every 2nd weekend)
- Vehicle permanently assigned to the driver,
- A new and systematically replaced (every 2 years) fleet of Mercedes-Benz and MAN vehicles,
- Support and availability of the technical department of Daw-Trans and authorized services throughout Europe,
- Modern telematics system facilitating the driver's work,
- Training before employment, and during work constant support from a driver-trainer,
- For inexperienced drivers, Daw-Trans Driver Academy with a full training option for international driver work,
- Cooperation with a bilingual forwarding company, constant contact and support from the leading forwarder,
- Support from the HR and personnel department in the employment process and throughout the entire cooperation,
- Group life insurance for the driver and family members and partners,
- Possibility to join private medical care for the driver and close ones,
- Social facilities based on access to accommodation and shower.
